Welcome to Toni's Kitchen!

Within these pages, you'll find some of my favorite recipes. I've been cooking for a very long time and loving it more and more. I would say that wonderful and great tasting food is a passion of mine. I study and read cookbooks like most folks read novels. I'm very happy to share with you some recipes that I have found most exciting from family, good friends, from great and famous chefs whose wonderful food I have had the pleasure to experience and many and varied places along the way. They are all special. I truly hope that you'll enjoy their presentation and that you'll find pleasure in their preparation and taste. Bon Appetit!

By the way, I'll be adding nutritional information with each recipe to assist with the calorie and fat decisions. Of course the calculations are approximations, but a nice guide.
