My husband and I heard a very interesting woman being interviewed on the radio one day while
taking a ride around town.
She talked about this recipe. I later learned that her name is Shirley O. Corriher,
author of COOKWISE, a wonderful cookbook.
Although this recipe is not in her book, the way she described making this applesaucesimply
intrigued us both.<br> We had to try it. I am so happy that we did.
It's unbelievably simple and is so very good.
ENJOY.
