Who does not like Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Sheer pleasure and comfort food.
Always satisfying, sometimes too much so.
Well, these are easy to make and great to taste.
ENJOY.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 3/4 All-Purposed Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Instant Coffee, slightly crushed
  • 8 ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips

    Making The Cookies:

    1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.

    2. Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy.

    3. Beat in the egg and the vanilla extract.

    4. Combine the dry ingredients and beat into the butter mixture.
    Stir in the chocolate chips.

    5. Drop by large spoonfuls (about 2 1/4 ounces each) onto a greased cookie sheet.

    SIMPLE TO MAKE, GOOD TO EAT.
