The name that I have chosen for my puppy, AJNA, is taken from the Sixth Chakra and represents the superior mental consciousness that favors the direct perception over the invisible worlds, and the direct perception of the subtle aspects of manifestation.
In its harmonious aspect, AJNA, The Third Eye gives great mental insight, self-control, clairvoyance, superior intuition, and extrasensorial perception. The literal meaning of SHIVA is " the kind, the good-hearted ". SHIVA is the third essential god in the Hindu trinity. SHIVA is the god of destruction of those who are ignorant and of what is impure. I know that this relationship will be spiritually significant for me. I have chanted many daimoku for this puppy. |
